For over two decades, I have worked in complex political and organisational environments, where decisions carry weight, consequences, and public visibility. 

I've learned that the greatest pressure rarely comes from the outside; it comes from the internal tension between responsibility, expectations, and one's own voice. 


Over time, I developed a structured, discreet, and deeply focused approach to leadership development, specifically tailored for women in leadership who need clarity before they act. 


This is not therapy nor traditional coaching.

 It is a strategic thinking partnership — grounded in clarity rather than noise.

Orientation Session (30 minutes)

Before we begin, we meet for a focused 30-minute orientation conversation

.

This is not a sales call.

It is a mutual assessment:

– Are we aligned in expectations?

– Is this the right timing?

– Is this the right level of depth?


If we both feel clarity, we can proceed as strategic partners.


Three-Month Cycle

This work unfolds over three months to allow for depth and real strategic movement in women in leadership roles.


Each month includes:

• Two 60–75 minute 1:1 sessions

• Structured reflection and decision frameworks

• Clear focus between sessions

• Direct, confidential communication when needed


Process

Reflect → Clarify → Decide → Integrate


Continuation

At the end of the cycle, we evaluate progress and direction. 

Continuation is possible if the work remains relevant and valuable.

Investment

€750 per month for a three-month commitment. 


 Orientation conversations are limited and scheduled individually.
